Steba Double induction hob IK100

The innovative induction technology enables safe, fast cooking and is also easy on your wallet thanks to its high efficiency. The IK 100 can be used as a stand-alone appliance or integrated into the worktop. This means that there are almost no limits to the possible uses. The two hobs can be used and adjusted individually. The left field operates at 1800 watts, while the right field is operated at 1300 watts. The hobs are controlled either via the temperature control from 60 - 240°C, or the 10 power levels. Each hob can be set individually. You can also set a timer for up to 180 minutes, after which the hobs switch off automatically.

Advantage of induction hobs

The bottom of the pot reaches high temperatures after just a few seconds. 1 litre of water boils after only about 4 minutes. A reduction in power is immediately passed on to the bottom of the pot, making "cooking to the point" a "piece of cake". The high efficiency of induction reduces power consumption by up to 50%. Since the cooking surface no longer gets hot, but is only "warmed" by the waste heat of the pot, nothing burns in and cleaning is always hassle-free.
