The Forged Frying Pan from the Forged Essentials series is made of 3 mm thick carbon steel, hand-forged and suitable for all hobs including induction, oven, open flame and BBQ. Durable and PFAS-free, with a natural self-created coating, which we also call ‘’seasoning‘’. This creates a kind of natural non-stick coating and prevents rust in many cases. Should your product rust a bit, no problem, just maintain it with the Forged maintenance kit and it will be like new again. This pan will last a lifetime. We have two types of pans in our range, namely with one handle and with two handles. Both types are available in both ø24 and ø28 cm.
The Lodge Skillet lid for frying pans ensures that moisture and flavours stay inside your frying pan. it properly seals off the pan, and the special tips ensure that the moisture returns to your dish. Perfect when preparing a stew, or to end up with the perfect chili. The handle ensures that you can easily lift the lid.
