ThermoSpot
Sear meat like a pro thanks to the Thermo-Spot heat indicator that guarantees the optimum texture, colour and flavour, making it easy to cook. Before heating your frying pan, this spot has a visible pattern; as the pan heats up, the pattern disappears, and the spot turns solid red. At this point, you’ll know the pan is at the ideal cooking temperature (180°C-200°C).
ThermoFusion
Because even heat distribution is vital to get perfect texture, color and flavor, the improved ThermoFusion™ induction technology ensures better heat diffusion, for fast and even cooking. You achieve this thanks to the extra-large mesh combined with a thick base, which ensures quick and perfect heat diffusion throughout the pan.
