The Vitaquick pressure cooker from Fissler cooks up to 70% faster than the conventional way, cutting electricity consumption in half and preserving the vitamins and nutrients of the food thanks to the short cooking time. Features excellent design and premium quality, suitable for all hobs, even induction ones, while its uniqueness is due to the revolutionary Euromatic valve and the 2 cooking settings which guarantee safety throughout cooking. In addition, it is equipped with an ergonomic handle for safe handling, even with wet or oily hands, while it is detachable to facilitate cleaning.
2 cooking levels
All Fissler pressure cookers have 2 cooking settings to preserve the nutrients and taste of the food. The first setting for light cooking with a pressure of 0.4 bar and a temperature of 109°C is suitable for delicate foods such as vegetables, while the second setting for fast cooking with a pressure of 0.8 bar and a temperature of 116°C is suitable for solid foods, like meat.
Superthermic
The energy-efficient Fissler Superthermic base can be used on all hobs, even induction ones, and ensures maximum heat retention, distribution and absorption.
Safe
Thanks to the lid positioning aid and locking indicator to safely seal the pressure cooker, it is very easy to use the pressure cooker. When the pressure cooker closes properly, the characteristic "click" sound is heard and the color indicator on the handle changes from red to green so you can start cooking.
